This early 20th century shingled cottage offers casual, carefree summer living.  Welcoming front porch provides views of Saco Bay and a wonderful spot to enjoy beautiful sunsets.

 The interior of the main floor houses the living room, dining room with reading nook, kitchen and laundry room with one single bed.  The back porch contains a small bathroom with stall shower and toilet. 

The second floor features the master bedroom with a screened-in sleeping porch, 2-3 additional bedrooms and a bathroom w/tub.  The "studio" room off garage sleeps 3 (has a queen bed and a single bed).  Amenities include gas grill, WIFI and cable TV. 

This is a no smoking property.  A well-behaved adult dog may be permitted with prior approval of owners.
